My work is not for the impatient. If the piece you purchased was ready-to-ship, please allow up to 10 days for me to pack the order and get it to the post office. You will receive an email with tracking information. Orders are shipped via USPS Priority. If the piece you purchased was made-to-order, please allow 8-10 weeks for production and delivery. If you purchased a combination of ready-to-ship and made-to-order pieces, I will ship them all together when the made-to-order piece is complete, unless you contact me. I will always suggest hand washing tablewares to ensure longevity; however, all functional wares are dishwasher and microwave safe unless otherwise specified. With a gentle soap, hand-wash ikebana vases that come with adhered kenzans. Do not use any dishware in the oven unless explicitly permitted.

Please contact me if you are interested in placing a custom order. Given that I am a good match for your vision, I will be honored to work with your ideas and help bring them to life. This is a one-person venture, so I unfortunately do not always have the capacity to accept custom orders.

If you cannot wait 12-16 weeks for your custom piece to come to fruition, I am not the potter for you. Additional time is needed for incorporation of custom work into my studio practice.
